Although above it says "To get the code for downloading, please contact the distributor." on the copies of Bump Up! 1: Read, Think & Speak that I have purchased, it advertises going to www.clueandkey.com for Downloadable Resources. Furthermore,while Edubox may be the distributor (since it says inside the front cover published and distributed by Edubox) there appears to be no precise contact given inside the book or online (at least not in the English Internet/Google world, and this is an English-learning book after all). Please clarify this matter. Thank you, Patrick

답변내용	Dear Patrick, Thank you for contacting Clue & Key, and I`m trully sorry for your inconvenience. Clue & Key books are publshed by Clue & Key, a South Korean publisher, but they are exported to over thiry countries around the world. (Not copyright, only hard copy books) The reason we cannot notify the distributors inside the book is, we cannot list all of them - they can be changed, or at least their contact info can be changed anytime. Also, they are simply unnecessary information for most teachers who already have the book as they can get any help from their school coordinators, who has our distributors` contact info. When any individual purchaser need help, they contact directly to us and we provide the distributors` information in their countries after checking their locations. Edubox was our distributor, but only in South Korea. And in South Korea, any teacher can sign in our homepage and get the downloable materials (they don`t need any distributor contact info, they even can sign in with a fake name and email address.) Sometimes, teachers from overseas countries who don`t have any help in Korean language contract us, and then we provide the materials by email after checking their locations. And unfortunately, the distributor name Edubox has changed into "A1N" in 2015, I guess that`s why you cannot find any information with the name online. The best option to solve this problem is printing a different version for each country with a proper distributor`s information, but it is not possible for us right now. I apologize for this.
